What would you say if you were not a couple in older age?
Most persons would usually be fulfilled in their 30’s and 40’s in relationship as a couple but if it happens that you dont have a relationship such as a wife or lover at home in your old ages it could be that you dont have the income to have such a relationship such as a regular salary as you need regular income to maintain a woman at home otherwise in todays world she would leave you for another man with better prospects however if you did satisfy that rule and you still dont have such a relationship it might be that you are very handicapped and and you are not a favourite of any sex . If you are a favourite it might be that you dont have the confidence to confront a woman and take her ‘heads’ on or you could be a victim of sexual slurs or sexual damage however if you are a goal getter all the above should not disturb you and I would advise you that you check out your ‘settings’ i.e The kind of persons you mingle with the places you go to those around you the area you live in observe such settings and try and visualise whether they are right for you or not if they are not try and change your settings to new relationships new associations with people at any age including those that are about to retire and please make a positive move on so that you would be a respectable person with relationship

When a beautiful edifice does not count as development;
Right through history or a lifetime you would find out that there are persons who are kind of excited when they have just purchased that new home or have seen new developments in the area that they live in or have saved enough money and have purchased that new automobile Yes you might say they have arrived however there are some other persons who dont think like that they think that a beautiful home new buildings in an area or that expensive motor car just purchased do not count as development if the persons that live in the area are not ‘firebrand’ or ‘highpowered’ cognitively and cannot produce the excessive huge income needed through collaboration for future developments and are a major taker or owner of loans that cannot be repaid because they do not have the high earning resources or potentials to do that some persons however do not think like that they feel that those developments are initiatives made to improve the lifestyles or standards of living of such persons as that is what all the money or incomes earned are for not just to be kept in a huge storage but utilised positively for the benefit of people that live in such an area or the person that has just made the purchase of a new home or a new automobile.

I Am Not A Handicapped?Sorry I Refuse You

In The United Kingdom Or Elsewhere Handicapped people are people who have a handicap that affects their normal day to day activities something serious like a serious illness or a serious genuine disability something that really affects you from living a normal life because of that they need help and support to live normal ordinary lives like putting on their clothes feeding,bathing,shopping,walking down the road some people hate handicapped people because of the stigma and enigma attached to it how about myself, you may ask ?I would tell you that i am not a handicapped and i have never had any handicapped opportunity it is designed to make you sail through life without any discriminations according to my own self conviction i sailed through live and i suffered more than anyone else i therefore would tell everyone in the world that i was never a handicapped i have 24 certifications/qualifications or more from school even as i approached the last nine years to retirement I had 4 new certifications /qualifications from school last year in 2023 there are quite some persons in the community including some handicapped persons that like to use handicapped issues to damage, Injure,wound or make people suffer discriminations in society i am very sorry but i dont want to be part of that because some persons are handicapped dont means that they are not prejudiced. Handicapped persons can be prejudiced including even in jobs

If i would remember I had my bachelors degree in special education 35 years ago this year 2024 I did not have much jobs working with handicapped persons just a few years or less so I would not want anyone in the Uk or anywhere else in the world to use me for handicapped issues because i am not a handicapped and dont like to be linked to them by 'manipulation or 'grand design' In the United Kingdom British Citizens under a new law decide whether they would like to be handicapped or not If they refuse then that is the end of the matter and they are not a handicapped person

Conclusively I would like to finish here by saying that I am not a handicapped or disabled person and I refuse to be handicapped or be used for handicapped issues

What are CPD hours/points?

CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development. If you work in certain professions or for certain companies, your employer may require you to complete a number of CPD hours or points, per year. You can find a range of CPD courses on Reed Courses, many of which can be completed online.

What is a ‘regulated qualification’?

A regulated qualification is delivered by a learning institution which is regulated by a government body. In England, the government body which regulates courses is Ofqual. Ofqual regulated qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), which can help students understand how different qualifications in different fields compare to each other. The framework also helps students to understand what qualifications they need to progress towards a higher learning goal, such as a university degree or equivalent higher education award.

What is an ‘endorsed’ course?

An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification – however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body’s logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies – such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK – have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
